Vitamiinid köögiviljades ja puuviljades (tabel I)

Köögi- ja puuviljade nimekirja lisati ka marjad, kuivatatud puuviljad ja lehtköögiviljad.

Tabelis on esile tõstetud väärtused, mis ületavad vitamiini keskmist päevamäära. Allajoonitud esiletõstetud väärtused vahemikus 50% kuni 100% vitamiini päevasest väärtusest.
